Mare Balticum Institute for Cooperation and Strategy (MBICS) is an independent think tank conducting research on international relations, security policy, regional cooperation, and geostrategic affairs.

Founded as a civil society initiative, MBICS provides analysis, policy recommendations and opinion building based on open sources. The Institute focuses on fostering informed debate and promoting cooperation across the Baltic Sea region and beyond.
